Holman Riverfront Park Hotel Salem, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

 

Hello Loves!

For this newest blog post I wanted to share with you all about a rad new hotel based in downtown Salem Oregon called The Holman Hotel. Last week I had the pleasure of getting to stay there with my husband Grant and our Dog Kiko since they're dog friendly for two nights. The staff was very accommodating and even hooked us up with Valley for one of the nights which was nice for when we had to pack up and head out the day we left. Using a luggage cart was super helpful and made it a lot easier to trek our bags around. We stayed in a room with a view on the 6th floor which overlooked onto the Willamette River which was nice even though it was very icy and stormy outside. The Tv and room appliances were easy to use and was very comfortable for the three of us. 

Here's a few Reasons Why You Should Stay At The Holman Riverfront Park Hotel in Salem Oregon:

* Free Wifi which is kinda obvious but with many chill lounge areas around the lobby you can easily post up anywhere and work, surf the web or just watch Netflix. 

* Helpful front desk folks who gave reasonable reconditions in the area in which we wanted to explore. I didn't end up doing much research beforehand for things to see and do while visiting Salem Oregon so I tried my best to explore an wing it as much as possible. 

*Room service & Valley Parking, need I say more on this?

*Pet friendly rooms and staff that sincerely wants to say hi to your dog is always nice to see. I hate taking my dog with me places and be shunned and not allowed places just because shes a big dog lady. Kiko is a well behaved gentle giant and just because she's a larger dog sometimes people can judge and serotype her for no reason.

* Having a hotel bar and excellent restaurant downstairs next to the lobby is a win win, you must check out Pacific Standard. I had some absolutely delicious meals there as well as drinks which was perfect for celebrating my 34th birthday week!

As you can tell I only have pretty much great things to say about this place and it doesn't surprise me since it's connected to Hilton Hotels, The Holman is a boutique hotel or as they call it "Tapestry Collection by Hilton". I also have to shout out the art in the hotel, whoever the curator was did a fantastic job the graphic prints were so cool to admire and set such a cool vibe to the place.
